Don't be an asshole

Loud music, or excessive noise that might interrupt other tenants will not be tolerated at any time.

Vehicles must be driven and parked in designated areas and not where it may interrupt other tenants.

Maintenance of vehicles is not permitted in the space or in the Park.  Vehicles must appear to be in working condition (e.g. vehicles cannot be on blocks, flat tires, etc.).

Boats, trailers, more than 2 vehicles, other RV's and campers must have the Manager or Owner's permission before they can be stored at a space or in the park.

Tenant shall maintain appearance of their assigned space.  Excessive trash, cigarette butts, or debris will not be tolerated.

Only customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside.  Tools, toys, and other such items must be stored within the RV or organized and neatly stored beneath the RV with every attempt to conceal these stored items and maintain the site aesthetic.  Appliances (except grills), perimeter fencing, tents or tarps, indoor furniture, pet pens or other items not considered customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture & accessories are not allowed without the Manager or Owner's approval.

It is not necessary for Lake's Edge RV Park, LLC to provide written notice of any violation or the opportunity for the tenant to rectify the violation prior to commencing an action for eviction, except as provided by Arkansas law.

Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Lake's Edge RV Park, LLC absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Lake's Edge RV Park, LLC from all such liability.
